Test Forum?

How about creating a Test Forum for people to test Signatures and so forth?

If you go to User Control Panel ---> Edit Signature you can see the preview how your signature is. So I see no reason for the request.

I would like to add a slick gif similar to the one in your signature A.I. I can't seem to be able to do this, but, in editing my signature at the bottom I see no html and no images :confused:
Is this blocked for noob, or did I miss a setting?

thanksThe good news is, you didn't miss anything when you looked.
The bad news is, because only staff have the privilege of using images in signatures.

Banners, flashing images, colorful and hidden links...the list is a long one. This is primarily a tech support forum with a small number of frivolous additions. This was something that people either love or hate, and people looking for tech support answers with as little distraction as possible are among those who hate this feature so we turned it off. The staff of the forums are allowed this as a perk since they are volunteers and receive no payment or other renumeration for their time, efforts and services here.
