ubuntu_roots.jpg is really nice, although the edges are quite rough on the globe. White colour doesn't fit there, it is too cold if you compare it to other colours in that picture. Still it's one of the best Ubuntu BGs I've seen so far. Could you provide it in SVG format? Thanks a lot! :-)

thanks for the critique, I'll modify it a bit and see what I can do about the rough edges, I guess I can make the circle in illustrator and then import it.
I'll work on getting an svg file format asap.
