Opt-out of the backyard [Resolved]

Is there a way to make it so backyard threads dont make it into the New Posts list?

I find myself getting into trouble way to easily there. Since I like it here (even though i dont use ubuntu as my main OS anymore) I'd like to stick around.

I know on a forum I frequent they have a politics section you can opt out of..

Try User CP > Edit Options > Forums To Exclude From View > Backyard > Save Changes

I realize I could just avoid temptation.. but I'm dieting, i can only avoid so much temptation.. lol
