A lot of updates, please backport, shouldn't be too hard. I tried to compile but I got a few errors during configure.

What were the errors? I compiled it on my machine w/out problems once I got the dependencies sorted out

I didn't notice any difference save that all my desklet configs were useless.

It needs to get into breezy first. That's one of the new rules for backports. Talk to your local MOTU and see if someone will update it.

i got mine to work fine and easy; another message was posted around her esaying to install gdesklets; d/l a desklet, do not open, click/drag in to gdesklet program and blam it is "installed' then just click drag to desktop...

I've got iweather, calendar and clock...

running sweet...
