I found a cool Nautilus extension from Breezy's Universe: the Nautilus "Open Terminal" extension, which allows you to spawn a terminal at any given directory in the course of your nautilus work.
Konqueror has had this for a while now, and it comes in VERY VERY handy at times.

This site has got loads of extensions: http://g-scripts.sourceforge.net/ and there's a page about it in ubuntu's wiki at http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/NautilusScriptsHowto
The resize images were handy to me, as resizing a bunch of images to a certain size is something I needed to do at one time. I edited the script so it would resize to my specific size, and voila.

Works fine here. A bit less mouse moving than with a nautilus-script.

ah sorry, by nautilus extension, I thought it was a nautilus-script. So I guess it's a new menu entry, uh?

Yes... a right-click context menu entry.
