My first post here
I have a LAMP server running (DapperDrake server install) I have installed dotProject and PHPMyadmin, all is running OK (finally)
The hostname and domain name do not match, (due to lack of forsight on my part) and Apache2 complains about not being able to sortout the hostname and sets things to 127.0.0.1. So when I point my browser to my website, while it works OK ,the address changes to my IP address. After reading a couple of things and trebble checking my Apache2 setting I think it may be due to the hostname missmatch?
If I change the hostname, is it going to mess with any settings in MySQL or dotProject?
Any and all advice and/or solutions will be very much appreaciated.
