1 am PDT according to osnews (http://www.osnews.com/story.php?news_id=8817) but it has been Tuesday here for like 15 hours already :P

The US is no longer on Daylight Savings Time, so I imagine it will be PST rather than PDT. ;)

The main site doesn't show the download yet (in fact, the page doesn't load!) but I found a mirror with 1.0 builds.
