View Full Version : Easy way to install compiz/xgl?

On Edgy Eft. With Nvidia drivers already installed.
Im using a winmodem so cant use apt get or whatever to download the packages.

Does anyone have a list of all the files I need for some sort of compiz setup?
Links straight to the deb files ?

you can give this one a go (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CompositeManager/Compiz).

I've decided to see what all the fuss is about. I know Beryl works well on my rig and, since I haven't broken anything in my OS in weeks I think I'm gonna try Compiz, myself.
