How can I downgrade my kernel to 2-6-13
What will trouble I got?

Why exactly would you want to do that?
If you really have your heart set on it/a good reason to, you can download the kernel source from here:
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/linux-2.6.12.3.tar.bz2
and compile it yourself. There isnt really a reason to have it backported....
