Hello

I have been trying to install SALOME, open source 3D modeling and mesh generator in
my linux box (Ubuntu 6.10).

http://www.salome-platform.org/home/presentation/overview/

Salome project provides several installation files, but not for ubuntu.
The installer for other distros denies to install packages complaining the version of gcc.

Is there any one who did installation on Ubuntu 6.10?

Thanks.

Jung
