Make Ubuntu look like Opensuse?

Is there anyway I can make Ubuntu look more like Open Suse (Gnome)? I'm mainly looking for the icons and the theme, I can't seem to find them anywhere. I also don't know how to apply new icons in Ubuntu.

well there are icon themes for gnome and ubuntu at www.gnome-look.org as for installing them its not that hard. Look in the system menu for and Icons Item and there should be a button that says install theme or something similar. Good luck.
