DNS configuration

Hello,
I'm going to start my DNS server. I tried to use BIND (9.2.4) but I can't understand why it's not working :)
Maby someone can write the main steps of how to configurate bind from the very beginning?
P.S. bind should work with my virtual hosts

BIND is a big, big topic about which you can write books. I think nobody will start to explain you how to configure bind here. If you know how to use google you will find Howtos about this.

Google for the DNS-HOWTO. Read it, understand it. Then read it again.

Then, try setting up BIND. If you run into any issues, ask very detailed, verbose questions.

DNS is not a simple subject and screwing it up will mess you up in more ways than you can imagine.
