Sorry about the vaugeness of this post, I helped a friend do it and I'm making this post based on memory alone :D
Go into your Cedega fake windows file system and find the WOW folder where you put the interface mods. Download perl and open up the folder you get. Of course running the exe is completely useless but you will find a bunch of files that are the same type as the ones currently in your WoW interface folder. Just copy those files into that directory and start the game. They should come up just fine.
