Does anyone know how to fix WinTV2000?

I ordered a WinTV-PVR-150 but I got the very common HVR-1600 in the box, so I cannot use it with Linux. I installed all the drivers and software and hooked the cable up to the TV tuner and then started WinTV2000 and hit scan fro channels. It finds no channels. Anyone know how to fix this.. please help!

I have a Core 2 Duo E6600, Asus P5B Deluxe/Wi-fi AP, nVidia 7800GT 256MB PCIeX16, Soundblaster Audigy 4 (not pro) Windows XP Pro SP2.

In the setting menu under devices it shows my TV Tuner as PVR-ATSC Islandia (Which I think is weird, I am in the United States)

nevermind I got it working. I searched HVR-1600 drivers in google and clicked on the first link. I downloaded and installed the new setup.exe for the HVR-1600 and now it is working.
