It's appreciated, but isn't that just...common sense?

~Loke for those brand new to Beryl it may help.
Thanks for the feedback btw
I plan to write more complex HowTo's I was really just becoming familiar with the SMF user controls to write a nice HowTo.
Even though I have used SMF in the past this a new version, I plan to add more and more HowTo's as I go along.

Not to be insulting, but this was my first reaction too... I mean if you can't figure out how to change the cap... how did you install beryl, let alone ubuntu...

but perhaps someone will find it helpful one day?
perhaps if you some across the question in the absolute beginner section one day this may prove helpful?
It reminds me of when ubuntu-geek asked the staff to make a basic how to make a post on the forums. You would think this is common sense but Ubuntu-Geek gets a flood of e-mails on how to make a post in the forums here at ubuntuforums.org

All that matters is that it's a start.

Yeah you all know I'm a n00b, but it did help me to size my image, that was very help-ful, now if you could teach me how you hold the cube at an angle to see top and side together for screenshots I'll be forever in debt to you

Hold down Control + Alt + left mouse, and move the mouse, you can let go of the control and the alt. I can also hit the print screen button in this mode and it works.
