Perhpas stupid, but I ask it anyway...
Is it possible to have Mac OS like GUI in Ubuntu? This would bring out the best of the two world.

You could get some widgets that kind-of-look like OS X's, but the GUI philosophy is totally different... Just stick with the Human theme... :-)
