email address change/password change

Hi all

Here is my delimmea

I orginally registered under my isp's email address. I forgot the password so I requested a new one. I have been unable to use the passwords that I have requested on several attempts, each time told that it is an invalid password.

I then re-registered using my hotmail account, but tried to change my email address in my control panel to my isp's email addresss. I got a message saying it was already registered, so I requested a password change. I tried the new password, no go.

So, how do I change my email address in the control panel to reflect the address that I want, and not the hotmail address I used to re-register? It seems that when I request a new password, it is just a series of numbers, that when I try to use as the password, it doesn't work.

This is all very frustrating! Thanks for any help.

I realize that any responses here will go to my hotmail address, as I haven't been able to change my email address.

Send me a PM with your data: your account username, what email address you used to sign up, stuff I can use to confirm you are the correct person. Then I will correct the email address on the account to whatever new one you need it to be, reset your password, and send you an email with a new temporary password so you can login and change it to whatever you want.

I found the problem. The original account used the email address you wanted, but had an extra letter in the username--just a typo. I merged the accounts and have emailed you at the desired address with your login info.
