The info was found on Planet-French Ubuntu (http://planet.ubuntu-fr.org/)
Webubuntu (http://webubuntu.firefrogz.com/) is now open source and counts only 1 Dev so whoever is interested in helping (or just giving it a try). You'll need to register.
Unless I'm mistaken, it's only in French for now.
