Typed it in konsole things went well until the end when I got
Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/edgy-security/Release.gpg Could not connect to security.ubuntu.com:80 (82.211.81.138), connection timed out
Reading package lists... Done
W: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
how can I fix this? is it related to the kernal update problem since I still cannot up 7 things and I was told there is a kernal issue. This is what I get when I try upgrade.
The following packages have been kept back:
audacity bmp-mp4 k3b libk3b2 linux-headers-generic linux-image-generic
linux-restricted-modules-generic
do I need to change the security.ubuntu.com in my sourcelist?
