how do i install php and sql lol, sorry its late and im tired so i could of missed it. thanks for any info

Personally, I would choose Mysql - as it is easier to manage in my experience.

well normally i wouldnt bother with no-ip but this is just a site for car photos, as me and my dad love working on cars, i got more to upload to the 58delray tho to late to do now. cya later
