Tab Completion

This was depressing... I've come to rely on tab completion so often that today, I put in

"sud (tab) apt-g (tab) upd (tab)"

And of course, I got sudo apt-get update.

It then prompted me for my password. I put in the first 3 characters.... Then hit tab.

It took me a minute to realise why it didn't work... :(

OMGWTF... :)

To add to the thread... ever hit tab after entering the username in linux cos windows has both fields in the same box...

or hit enter 5 times in a row after entering username in windows before the machine locks you out. :)
