Hi, I found this (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=42718) theme and I would really like to install it. Can you guys help me through getting the required programs to do it?

Also, can you guys tell me how to change the icon packs?

This is a theme for compiz-quinn (the former name of Beryl). So it's out of date.
If you want to install a mac os look try this : http://www.taimila.com/ubuntuosx.php

Anyway I could try using Beryl? The theme you linked to wasn't what I was looking for. The one I found was the kind I want.

you need to install compiz first. fire up synatic and install it.
