Since the update of these forums, Opera Web Browser doesn't seem to display forms very well. Infact, everything apart from the new post/topic form works? I seem to get some weird messages at the top of posts like this:

.wysiwyg { background-attachment: scroll; background-repeat: repeat; background-position: 0% 0%; background-color: #ffffff; background-image: none; color: #666666; font-family: "Verdana [microsoft]", "Lucida [B&h]", "Arial [monotype]", "Helvetica [Adobe]", "Arial [monotype]"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt; line-height: normal } p { margin: 0px; }

Any ideas?

Posting this with opera 9.10 and I have no issues with layouts etc. Do you have any opera themes or anything installed?

i am not sure what version of opera i use either but no problems here. i use xubuntu dapper and firefox was way to slow on my old pentium mmx with 128mb ram so I chose opera. when I get home I'll put the opera version number. I want to say it's the latest but I post it when I get home. could this be a video card problem or setting somewhere?

Ok i still do not understand the issue. So this stuff below is automatically showing up on your screen in the posts? or someplace else?

.wysiwyg { background-attachment: scroll; background-repeat: repeat; background-position: 0% 0%; background-color: #ffffff; background-image: none; color: #666666; font-family: "Verdana [microsoft]", "Lucida [B&h]", "Arial [monotype]", "Helvetica [Adobe]", "Arial [monotype]"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt; line-height: normal } p { margin: 0px; }

just on the posts i make...and urs now. If i make the posts with firefox and then display them in opera, they are fine. The problem is when I post using opera.
.wysiwyg { background-attachment: scroll; background-repeat: repeat; background-position: 0% 0%; background-color: #ffffff; background-image: none; color: #666666; font-family: "Verdana [microsoft]", "Lucida [B&h]", "Arial [monotype]", "Helvetica [Adobe]", "Arial [monotype]"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt; line-height: normal } p { margin: 0px; }

Well I copy and pasted that into my post. My suggestion would be to disable all your opera themes/hacks or whatever and try again. It seems to be related to something on your side at this point. I can't reproduce it here.

ok, posting using opera standard theme with no addons... hmmm...seems fine..though im not sure that the theme is the problem. I've been having this problem for a while and I only just changed the theme.wysiwyg { background-attachment: scroll; background-repeat: repeat; background-position: 0% 0%; background-color: #ffffff; background-image: none; color: #666666; font-family: "Verdana [microsoft]", "Lucida [B&h]", "Arial [monotype]", "Helvetica [Adobe]", "Arial [monotype]"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt; line-height: normal } p { margin: 0px; }

EDIT: I think the problem may be caused because the cursor doesnt automatically go to the form and when I click, it adds that code...
The post above was free of errors but I didnt click anywhere but inside the first part of the form where the cursor should be.
.wysiwyg { background-attachment: scroll; background-repeat: repeat; background-position: 0% 0%; background-color: #ffffff; background-image: none; color: #666666; font-family: "Verdana [microsoft]", "Lucida [B&h]", "Arial [monotype]", "Helvetica [Adobe]", "Arial [monotype]"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt; line-height: normal } p { margin: 0px; }
