is it possible to read only choosen forum

Is it possible?
i want to read only a few forums.and main page is not that simple for this purpose.
I mean something like feed subscription or like thread subscription
Please help

1) Click on the User CP link at the top of the page.
2) On the left hand menu, click "Edit Options".
3) Scroll all the way down to the bottom.
4) Have fun.
