I found this wallpaper and I think it should be an official ubuntu wallpaper, because its orange and it looks very good as wallpaper.

hmm. quite nice actually. if you know the author maybe you should try to convince him/her to put it here... somewhere... hmm, where do you put things like this?

First deadline for artwork to Feisty is february 8th. Maybe that's the wiki page to put suggestions at? (why is this so difficult to find? isn't this a community project? it should be easy to find where to contribute...)

This page says you have to publish artwork in a certain license and then e-mail it... But who do you e-mail?

I don't know the artist, but there is a contact button on interfacelift.com. I have no idea how you should submit this to be in Feisty. Maybe move this topic to Feisty Fawn developement if more people agree its beautifull.

I think thats the way to do it, but I don't really feel like becoming a member of the art-team and writing a spec just to submit someone elses wallpaper i've found on the net.

Hi there, I'm the one who designed the "Photon Beam" wallpaper. I see it became quite popular. I wouldn't mind submitting the wallpaper to the gallery, in fact ill do so now. I think it would be awesome if my wallpaper were one among the official ones to be chosen for Linux. :)

I was trying to imagine a "Feisty Fawn", so I made a wallpaper while looking at Bambi (the movie).
