I installed no gravity but I get an error when I try to run it. any thoughts on how I can fix it?

I've been getting this error all over the place. I'm really not sure where this comes from.

(OK, put a big 'N' for 'Newbie' on my forehead, but still... any help?)

EDIT: OK, I followed the instructions here:

Which seemed to improve things, but now I get this instead:
