I was born and raised in Southern Indiana, and went to school at IU. But now I live in Utah. Bloomington had a LUG well over 10 years ago. I'm sure you can get enough people internested in a LoCo.

i am from central indiana. I will admit that I know very little about Ubuntu, as I just installed OS this week, but would be interested in joining a LoCo Team

If you are interested in starting a team, we can help you get it off the ground.

Stop over at #ubuntu-us on irc.freenode and give a shout out.

and check out the US Teams wiki page for more info...

Southern Indiana (near Jasper) here!
A while ago I looked for a LUG near here and found no active ones.

OH and KY now have LoCo teams, so why shouldn't IN?
Hopefully something a bit south of Indy will form, someday - especially if it's Ubuntu centric.

Let's see if we can get a few folks interested, and, yeah, I'll do what I can to help.

I am in Northern Indiana in the middle of Amish Country. I and all my neighbors power my computer with a bicycle generator. ;)

I have been playing with Ubuntu off and on for about a year now.

I think I would be a little too far away to meet physically, but would be happy to support virtually.
