Burning, encoding, and playing Oggs on iTunes

Is there a plugin that will let me play music encoded in Ogg, rip music off a CD and encode it in Ogg, and burn Ogg files to a CD with iTunes?

Use Rockbox...then you play nearly any file format.

Rockbox is firmware for the Ipod...he wants plugins for the Itunes, and no I don't think Apple would make em..Why not use foobar2000 to play oggs on Windows?
