compileing and installing Beryl help

I need help with beryl. well I downloaded the beryl core, settings, plugins and manager for version 0.1.99.2 from beryl-project.com. Now I don't know how to compile them together or getting it installed. Please can someone tell me what to do. BTW, the beryl folders are in my HOMEdirectory called simon.

I also have the emerald themes
