One clarification:
gnomesword and bibletime are not versions of e-sword (developed by Rick Meyeres -- http://www.e-sword.net/)

gnomesword and bibletime are projects of "The Sword Project" from The Crosswire Bible society (http://www.crosswire.org/index.jsp)

To answer your questions about maps:
At this time -- no maps are listed on The Sword Project site. (http://www.crosswire.org/sword/modules/index.jsp)

Though it's been some time since the last post, I am bringing new information to this thread. If you visit this (http://www.crosswire.org/wiki/index.php/Module_Repositories) URL, you will see a list of Sword repos; navigate to BibleTime>Settings>"Bookshelf Manager">"Install/Update works">"Add library" to add the repos listed.

In the "Kleinpaste" repo, there are numerous map modules you can choose from.

Just thought y'all would like to know,

Is this repo still available? I can't seem to access it. I really want to see if I can add the maps modules to my installation of The Sword Project and BibleTime. (I share the same module database between Windows and Linux)

Where else can I access the map modules? Has anyone got them?

You could run e-sword on linux, including all the maps.

Don't use that url. You need the info files. Use this:

crosswire beta
ftp.crosswire.org
/pub/sword/betaraw
