Not sure if this question is in the right place here but here we go (moderator feel free to move/delete this post).
I have a stack of images of a structure that I would like to convert to a 3D object that is easy manipulated in a web browser across platforms. I have seen that some web pages uses something called QuickTime VR I think. I can convert it to a quicktime movie easily if that is of any help. I have made a projection of the stack which I can export as a video of any given format but I would like to take it one step further.
Any input would be helpful *cause basically I have no idea what programs to use. What to use as starting material (the raw data aka the image stack, the projection of the stack or an exported video of the stack).
I might be in way over my head but all help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
