Help opening installs plz

I need help on installing downloaded files , like games none of it will install how do i open them?

You aren't providing enough information, dragonmine. Like, what are you installing exactly: .debs, executables, source-packages, windows executables through wine?

It would be best if you also told how exactly you tried to install...
