I downloaded and tried Open Suse 10.2 and I loved it's KDE it was just beautiful, especially the start menu. However I could not get it to recognize my wireless card even with ndiswrapper. Is there anyway to get their version of KDE on Ubuntu?

i would assume you can download the .rpm files for the kde installation (making sure to get all dependencies) then run alien on each to convert over to .deb and install with dpkg .... but, this would be a very long and annoying process and isn't even promised to function in the end so i don't recommend it.

what wifi card do you have? ... i recently dabbled in openSuSE10.2 with some wifi problems that i was able to solve, i might be able to help.
