tv as monitor in PClinuxOS

I'm currently running PClinuxOS, although if you know how to do it in ubuntu or openSUSE let me know anyway, I like both of those distros and have no problem switching, I have an ATI radeon 9250 with an RCA port on the back (also an svideo jack but I have no cables) and I have the PC hooked up to my TV (sanyo DS20425), I would like to use this as my monitor, I know it's possible and have seen it done so if ANYON has ANY ideas PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ let me know
