Problems with AA and ventrilo

I have a dual monitor setup running with nvidea twinview and when I launch Americas Army 2.5 its uses both screens. Does anyone know how I could force it to only use one?

Also I'm trying to install ventrilo on wine, when I log into a server ppl can hear me talk but I can not hear them. Any Ideas?

How did you solve the vent problem? I have a user with the same issue, but not over Wine.
