The developer's page seems to be down at the moment, but here's a softpedia link that has a working download:

The controls are a little odd, but it's a fun little game. And hell if you like DBZ and Lemmings then this is the game for you. =)
No compiling needed just untar and run the binary file in the lbzgl directory. :)
