Fixing broken USB Disk

Hello everyone :D

This is a simple tip but very useful. I found this site on how you could fix your broken usb disk / flash disk.

Unfortunately this link needs registration now..
I'll try to fix my very slow usb thumbdrive and post my results here if they are successful.
