ubuntu logo font?

I like the typeface used for the ubuntu logo... it reminds me of the one for the new travelodge logo designed by corporate edge.

I would like to get a copy of it ... anybody know.. looks a bit like flux or dax but I know that's not quite right

I'm not convinced that it isn't an already available font!

take a look at www.travelodge.co.uk and look at the logo!

Also - if you look at the icons on this forum for Reply, Edit, Quote etc - they look to me like the same font!

Am I wrong? What do you think?

kassetra did a lot of the artwork on this forum and she will not release her font w/o an ok
