how did u create an installable live cd?

i ask because i have a nice setup that i'd like to make an installable live cd of so i can use or install it wherever without having to start all over again from the ubuntu cd. :)

It's also worth exploring the Linux filesystem to find files that you can modify by hand. Reconstructor (and probably UCK as well) allow you to make changes to the Live CD image by hand, which means you can achieve a greater level of customisation.

I would just rather stick with reconstructor. It allows you to do more stuff and customize your cd a bit better.
