Mythtv haupauge WINTV PVR 150

Hey guys I have a haupauge WINTV PVR 150 with a mceusb2 remote. After visiting a bunch of howtos i finally got it all working with Mythtv so I wrote a quick howto so anyone else with the same setup can do it all from one howto.
