3D Game Issues

Ok so I have got my direct Rendering good and it says that it is working but for some reason everytime I start a 3d application I get the same error :
drmCommandWrite: -22
drmRadeonCmdBuffer: -22 (exiting)


Does anyone know what is going on and how I can fix the issue?

I have an ATI Radeon 9250 Graphics card.
