Why isn't Enemy Territory in restricted or multiverse?

The title says it all. Is there some issue I couldn't find when searching, or is it just that no-one's gotten round to it?

Good question. It took sometime for the repos to pickup Nexuiz and Tremulous (both in the Edgy repos). I imagine its centered around the idea that no one has made a deb package that the community wishes to support. But thats a far hard and way off estimate if I had to state it.
