Summary: version 0.18.1 released

some improvements:
basic reseller support,
max user permissions,

code cleanup,

note that this is not a stable but a test version.
you can download/instal it by copy&paste this on your root console:

it is running on out new test machine, but installation script is not tested initially, so, not released yet... ver 0.22 install script will be released soon...

version 0.22 released a few days ago.

there are may improvements/changes..

changes: pureftp changed to vsftpd, now, many different ftp combinations possible, like 1ftp-manydomain, many ftp, ftp without domain etc..

new features:
users of your panel can apply for domain/ftp accounts, you approve them...

ftp without domain
multiple domains in an ftp..(not tested fully)

every service works, tested on debian.

pureftpd removed because, unfortunately, it did not work on debian.
but, code to install pureftpd is left on install.php for who wanna install it..
