Wine Is Not Entirly (working)

I have been asking on #ubuntu but it's always hecktic there so i will ask here

I cant seem to get the Wine repo's to work with apt and synaptic

following this tutorial http://www.winehq.org/site/download-deb

Here is my /etc/apt/sources.list file

And when i sudo apt-get update it [ign] the wine repo's i assume ign means ignore.

If anyone could help it would be much appriciated as this helps me run Bioware's neverwinter nights movie packages
