Help with desktop

Go download the MacOS theme for Gnome :)
Use google :)

also the icon bar at the bottom is done with gdesklets,
sudo apt-get install gdesklets should install it for you
you will have to google for the desklet called starter bar though, then you run it, drop in some icons, move it where you want it and poof osx

I think you can use the mac bar thing available in enlightenment in Gnome to get the same effect. I think it's called engage...Most of the other stuff is just done using GTK themes.
