Empire Earth Install

I just picked up empire earth 2 because the cedaga site said that it worked but it doesnt seem that way to me. When i install i get a lastdllerror 2, Description not found error. It gets to the screen and happens when i press the next button. If anyone could help me out i cant log onto the Transgaming forums for some reason even though i am a subscriber so...
