New Forum: Testimonials

I think it would be great to add a new forum: Testimonials since I've read so many testimonials under Community Chat forum. Just a suggestion though. ;)

Well, the Community Chat Forum is basically where a lot of our users goto and put their best compliments at about Ubuntu's great work and development teams successfull work in the likings of users.

It wouldn't be a bad move, but would really have to see if it would be necessary.
