URL enforcement

Would it be possible to add a rewrite rule that enforces www.ubuntuforums.org OR ubuntuforums.org? Some people are linking with or without www. which causes people using the other base url to lose their cookies :-)

Another problem here are the "Art gallery", "Link directory" and "User blogs" links which all lacking the www. while the link on www.ubuntulinux.org points to www.ubuntuforums.org :-)
