There is also ace-of-penguins. Pysol includes freecell. I think there are kde card games too...

I didn't have to get any packages or anything, as far as I can tell ubuntu has it installed by default. (It's under 'Freecell Patience')

Yeah, all those games in that menu are part of the gnome-games package. There's countless forms of solitaire in AisleRiot Solitaire.. (Just click "Select Game")
