Fews thoughts:

1. Cache your podcast via the CCDN (Coral Content Distribution Network - http://coralcdn.org/). Nothing to setup other than changing the URL, allows for files up to 35M and 250GB per day of traffic, is completely free and noncommercial. It's a sweet deal.

2. A part call in show (POTS or VOIP) something like Car Talk (http://www.cartalk.com). These guys have had a great radio show for many years and do it right. It's a call in show where everything is prerecorded. You'll recognize their voices from the moive "Cars" in which they played Rusty and Dusty Rust-Eze. Check out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Car_Talk

3. Suggest story ideas for others to produce to your specs (material, intended audience, segment length, etc.). It's a nice way of spreading the work around while still controlling content.

4. Get on iTunes. It's a good way to get exposure and reach an audience that you might not normally reach. Since Apple went to x86 I'll bet there are more than a few people thinking about going dual boot (something that is much easier now).

Good luck.
